UpcycleCHQ Challenge – Organized by GreenClusta Technologies LLC

By registering for and participating in the UpcycleCHQ Challenge, you (“Participant”) agree to the following Terms:

1. Eligibility

• Open to individuals, teams, and organizations aged 13 or older. Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
• Participation is open to residents of Chautauqua County and surrounding areas, with allowances for virtual entries.

2. Entry Requirements

• Submissions must include at least 60% upcycled or waste-based materials.
• Participants must submit all required documentation (photos, descriptions, optional video) by the stated deadline: September 20, 2025.
• All work must be original, created by the registrant(s), and not infringe on third-party rights.

3. Intellectual Property

• Participants retain ownership of their work.
• By submitting, participants grant GreenClusta Technologies LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote the work (online, in media, during events, etc.) for marketing and educational purposes.

4. Judging and Prizes

• Entries will be judged by a panel based on published criteria. Community votes may contribute to final scoring.
• Judges’ decisions are final.
• Cash prizes are subject to local tax laws. Winners may be required to submit tax or identification documents.

5. Disqualification

GreenClusta reserves the right to disqualify entries that:

• Are plagiarized or contain harmful/discriminatory content
• Fail to meet eligibility or entry requirements
• Are submitted after the deadline

6. Liability Disclaimer

GreenClusta is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the development, transport, or display of submitted entries.

7. Changes to the Program

GreenClusta reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the challenge due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Acceptance

By submitting an entry, participants accept these Terms and agree to abide by the rules and Code of Conduct.
