1. Respect and Inclusion

• Treat all people with dignity and respect, regardless of race, gender, age, religion, background, ability, or identity.
• Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

2. Honesty and Integrity

• All work submitted must be original and truthfully represented.
• Give credit where credit is due. Do not plagiarize.

3. Collaboration and Support

• Share knowledge, offer encouragement, and help others grow.
• Respect differences in skill level and experience.

4. Safety and Environment

• Handle tools and materials responsibly.
• Ensure your upcycled creation does not pose risk to health or safety.

5. Zero Tolerance for Misconduct

Misconduct includes:

• Verbal or physical harassment
• Sabotage or theft of other entries
• Breaking contest rules or falsifying information

6. Reporting Issues

If you witness or experience a violation of this Code, report it confidentially to: safety@greenclusta.com

7. Consequences

Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in disqualification, removal from the event, or bans from future GreenClusta programs.
